Hi all

I never knew this and now will buy some to help with menstral cramps. My doctor has had me on NSAIDs for years for cramps. I have been suffering in pain for months now during that time because I don't want to take anything.

Also I am assuming this is fine to use with candida or does the natural sugars feed it?
