I've been constipated for a couple days now, I took some Epsom Salt at 4:00, it's 4:30 and I haven't "gone" yet.

Should I still start the Liver Flush at 6:00? My feeling of mental fatigue has been hauting me for a month now, and I'm almost certain it has something to do with my liver, I really want to get this over with.

If I wait, I'll try again next week. And maybe I'll be able to fix my bowels until then.

So, should I do it now? My bags under my eyes are getting really bad...
