But.. made it through, with only a bit of chew and spit on thanksgiving so I could look like i was eating. Now into day 8, completed a whole week! How about everyone else, did you make it through thanksgiving alright? I'm amazed at how comparatively easy this has been to previous attempts. No obsessive grabs for food. God is good and helps us in our need.
