hey,

i have been suffering with bulimia for about five years now. like everyone else on here im sure i would not ever wish this on my worst enemy!!

apparently, i am in 'recovery' now... have been saying that for like 2 years but ive only just realised that i actually want to be free of it now... i know that sounds stupid but i think theres a difference between saying you want recovery and actually WANTING it!

anyway, just wanted to share this article i read recently:

which i really should have read two years ago. if you really, HONESTLY want to treat this horrible illness than PLEASE read this because it makes a LOT of sense and is very understanding!
