Great post, but I believe that, as we are made up of energy, as is our body, and everything else in the universe, there is no separation between mind and matter, its all one. Consciousness and awareness are needed to get beyond the separation.

This is another of those really hard things to explain in typed words on a screen.

Energy can be used, just like plants use sunlight, it can be manipulated, as easily as we think we are manipulating solid objects, (which really aren't solid at all).
