Hi: I am hoping you get this post - I realize yours was two years ago.

I cannot take the suffering of constant total body muscle pains, day and night and severe back pains with the most unbelievable muscle CONTRACTIONS if I am on my feet for more than 15 or 20 minutes - today is Thanksgiving and I tried cooking some food for myself and really forced myself.

Between the prepping of the vegetables to the final cooking I was in such traumatic pain I thought I would die - I could not even walk back to my bedroom from the stiffness and severe pains in my legs that just would not move.

I read your post about the bladderwack - could your or, would you please just elaborate a little and let me know how you feel right now.
