I have to say that second reply was a little confusing to me, information overload, haha. Im just learning about iodine, and while I read everything on here, I dont always understand the lingo. I just keep pressing on. The salt thing scares me so much since Im dealing with high blood pressure.

I will do some research on this adrenal miracle mix. Never heard of it and not even sure where to purchase it...

Looks like I still have a lot of work to do.
