thanks a lot for your advice and info about the apples. yes, i fasted except for the apples and didn't use Epsom Salts . your guess may be right, maybe my upper intestines were clogged from apple pulp (i am not aware of any allergies or food intolerances ).

i can't find any prune juice in my area currently, so i drank a lot of senna tea last night and this morning. i passed two large movements and feel much better, but some of it still feels stuck.

i guess i will better do a Colon Cleanse before my next liver flush? is it possible to combine the Colon Cleanse when doing a mastercleanse (plan on starting Master-Cleanse on saturday)?
