Use a total of 1/2 tsp of Sodium\Potassium Chloride per Liter. Start with a 1:1 mix and slowly work your way to a 3:1 mix in favor of Salt. IMO it is best to use good WHITE Sea Salt , there are too many minerals and metals in the colored stuff for some.
- 1/4 tsp of Sea Salt - 1/4 tsp of Potassium Chloride (Morton's Salt Substitute) - 1/2 tsp of Pharma grade Ascorbic Acid - 1L or Q of distilled/filtered water
If you can Energize the water before adding the Ascorbic Acid then this helps, I used one of these: http://www.quantumbalancing.com/vortex_magnetizer.htm
NOTE: Some may simply be able to use Celtic or other salt which contain a small amount of Potassium and Magnesium, but for most it is better to stay away from some of their minerals when taken in these amounts.
"water retention" part only lasts 5 days http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1198954#i
