Alright! I live in Florida! I'll try it! Can I sleep on a matress on the ground or do I need to be directly on the ground?
I've been wanting to sleep outside ever since I found out about my carbon monoxide poisoning. I'm down for fresh air all night and a little grounding.
How much is one of those grounding sheets anyhow?
