Yes I know of something that studies has found fights cancer very well - mangosteen.  Please watch this you tube video that tells about it.  The author is the world's foremost expert on mangosteen.  They put different kinds of cancer cells in a petri dish and added mangosteen.  In every case the mangosteen stopped the cancer growth.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OFu-fBEqxz0
