I understand your dilemma! I hate this constant brain fog that I STILL have (ugh, even after a year), but don't know what I would do if I was still having reflux, insomnia, and the level of dry eye that plagued me before the cream.

The bladder problems were really awful, since they prevented me from having sex for close to 8 months (if I did, I would immediately have the feelings of a full blown UTI for weeks, even though a culture would always be negative). This had a major impact on my relationship and stress level. So knowing what I know now, I think I may still have used the cream, but definitely used less, and tapered off quickly.

It seems like the cream takes some women even longer to get out of their systems than the Mirena. I have read 2 years!!! But in that link, some of the women posting seem to have recovered more quickly. Brain fog and fatigue are the last of my symptoms from the cream to go.
