How to kill bacterias in the small intestine? by MrsLivia ..... Diet & Nutrition Support Forum

It seems that the problem with sibo is bacterias that are in the small intestine and should not be there.

So eradicating them could be a solution.

I found garlic and ginger a bit harsh.

Curcuma seems less harsh but I 'm wondering if it would be enought.

peppermint oil and Grapefruit-Seed-Extract seem to be not that safe as I have been told here.


What othets thing could cleanse the small intestine.

Any help please ?
