I use to have horrible breath too. My diet fixed me up hell of a lot.

Your bad breath may come from a number of problems. Either your gut, decayed tooth (have you visited your dentist lately?), tonsil stones and more.

However, considering that your tongue is super white I suggest it's coming from your digestive tract.

Do you suffer from bloating / fatigue and flatuence after meals?



There are 3 tests to do for intolerance to fructose / lactose and SIBO. They are hydrogen breath test. Just google it up and there will be plenty of information.
