Thank you hannah and baxter11. Yes i did the Epsom Salt flush - it went great! Quite a number of large green stones amongst other things! I do feel pretty cleaned out but will still look into doing a Bowel Cleanse within the next few weeks. I was just concerned because I thought I had to follow up the Liver Flush with a Bowel Cleanse right away! Thank for clearing that up.
