 After the peppermint oil is gone, take GSE or goldenseal 6 drops x3 a day before meals for two weeks.

And goldenseal kills the intestinal flora, so it is also best avoided.  Long term use can also damage the intestinal lining, lower potassium levels and raise blood pressure. There are many better and safer choices.
