ACV can increase acid. I know that I once said that stomach acid is what allows SIBO, but now I believe it is a damaged small intestinal lining. When the lining is not inflamed and damaged it will not allow bacteria to reside on it. So I would also focus on restoring the lining with glutamine and building immunity with green drinks, vit D, C, E, selenium, etc.
