Hi Sacristia,

I really feel sorry for your present discomfort and hope that soon you will feel better. I have no personal experience with such intense side effects of fasting; That is why I am unable to give you any suggestion that might help you to endure it. I wish you could have enough stamina to pass this hard time successfully.

I realize that in the past you fasted for 55 days. May I please know your pre- and post- fast body mass (and your height) from this long fast (only if it is not too personal). I try to get rid of my chronic sinusitis that has been with me for more than 20 years. I just started my Water Fast and plan to fast as long as possible; That is why the data concerning such a long fast could help me with my present fast.
