I am 3 days into natural thyroid, very lose dose. I do great during the day. Lots of energy, clearer thinking, clamer insides, warmer bones.
But in the evening I emotionally fall apart. Crying, depressed, hopeless feeling.

Is this normal? How long can it last? Can I do anything to help it?
