Colostrum is lactose free, but it does contain casien, although many people who have trouble with cows milk can tolerate it. I don't have evidence at hand, but I have read of people curing gluten intolerance by following a leaky gut diet and supplementing with glutamine, colostrum, aloe, and zinc.
