I recommend following the Liver Flush protocol according to Andreas Moritz . He has a forum here (see "Ask Andreas"), and you can buy his books from http://www.ener-chi.com . His flush involves the use of apple juice to soften the stones, but you may also use the alternatives - malic acid powder or capsules, and/or apple cider vinegar. This should help you to break down and soften stones so you can pass them more easily.
