I do not want to comment on her diet because only she really knows what she was taking when she was a vegan but from a quick glimpse it looked very unhealthy with loads of processed sugars and other strange processed vegan ingredients. Most processed vegan ingredients like dairy substitutes are made of soy and unfermented soy is believed by many to be dangerous and unhealthy.

blog on her favorite dessert recipe:

If you look at a story such as the raw family of Victoria Boutenko as they too hit a wall after a few years of incredible health. Instead of taking pills and seeing medical doctors they solved their problem by realizing that their raw diet was lacking and they quickly corrected it with better variety of raw vegan foods.

Tasha claims to be a feminist who wants full control of her body whatever that means to her so I can only guess. My assumption is perhaps she read a few of my posts about how true vegans can not support abortion and that probably made her sick and turned her into a happy animal eater so that she could diffuse her conflicting thoughts. Now her thought process is at peace perhaps saying to herself "If suporting the killing unborn babies is ok then the killing animals is ok too" Its a similar version of the disrespect of vegans towards people, favoring animals over people.
