That is great Bgone! Please do update when you are on the whole regime. I wish you the best of luck. Has anyone expelled LOTS of mucous when they are on a new cleanse or doing a new diet/vitamins? I am for sure.

I am just a little hesitant about saying this is going to work or not. You know how many times I tried something new and a week or two later the effects wore off and I was right back to where I started? Waaaaayyyyy too many times.

Also, anyone tried lugol's? Was thinking about adding it as well.
