I also started a longer fast on the 20th, but kept it to myself a couple of days, to make sure I was going to be able to stick with it. :) Going ok so far, just a bit of heartburn, and a low grade headache. Even made it through the first 2 days when I had to cook for others at work! (though I tell you it wasn't easy).

I have many reasons for doing this, including weight issues, spiritual issues. I know it's going to get harder from here, so I know I need some support! :) Well, anyways, that's my introduction. I'm glad someone started at the same time. Race to the finish right? :)
