Hi,

I'd like to know, what is the Best herb for chronic, widespread inflammation? I'm trying to get a handle on this for some time now, trying to figure out the patterns, and at least quell it, in any way, until I am healed.

I have tried lobelia, but cannot take too much. Sometimes even a dropperful makes me nauseous. I can't overdo the cayenne either because my gut goes crazy- it is too stimulating for me. What else?
