One thing I would like to ask you is "have you taken any drugs in the past that would come out slowly as you are detoxing?" I think this is an important question. Your body may not have had a chance to detox all the poisons, as when the cellular level detoxing happens, these drugs coming out can cause this kind of problem. Drugs saturate every cell in the body and may take a while to detox. The cellular detox happens over time. As the poisons are gotten rid of and new cells regenerate, I don't think there should be any symptoms like this left. Hanks has some good points. Until the body is completely detoxed on a cellular level, the poisons are going to cause symptoms.
Try the detox tea to help drive these poisons out of the tissues into the blood so the body can get rid of them.
EDIT: Sorry I missed telling you that the body creates fat for a place to store the poisons. As the poisons are gotten rid of thru this program, the fat will slowly leave. You wont have to worry about any dieting. Try to maintain your muscle strength with walking, and walking also is weight bearing on the bones that will help them. It helps get rid of toxins as it increases the circulation and pumps the spinal fluid. Do daily activity as you can tolerate.
Make sure you have proteins in place, too, to help support new cellular growth and give you energy to get thru the day. Some amino acids are detoxifying and help the body and brain thru this. A balanced amino acid complex might help.
Your body will seek it's own level for weight that's normal for you once the poisons are gone.
No fasting as it drives the poisons deeper into the body.
Your body is detoxing slowly. The bad headaches sound to me like it's some drug you're detoxing. See if some of the detox tea helps. Keep the detox to your tolerance.
