Ma....I'm only a beginner too. But, at least we have begun. 5 days of Dry Fasting might kill someone who was very Toxic. I've started a Water Fast today just to see how far I can go. I've picked some Grapefruit for whenever I break. We can tell a lot about ourselves through Fasting. I plan to go 2 days this time.
Where are you now in terms of fasting or not? Future plans?.....WY
