I will gladly share a "FEW" of the essential oils I enjoy diffusing:
My favorite essential oil blend to diffuse is a blend called “Thieves”. Here is a list of the essential oils it contains:
Clove (Syzygium aromaticum), lemon (Citrus limon), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), Eucalyptus radiata and rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis CT 1,8 cineol).
Thieves Essential Oil Blend:
A blend of highly antiviral, antiseptic, antibacterial, and anti-infectious essential oils.
Diffuse for 15 minutes every 3-4 hours.
Studies conducted at Weber State University (Ogden, UT) during 1997 demonstrated its killing power against airborne microorganisms. One analysis showed a 90% reduction in the number of gram positive Micrococcus luteus organisms after diffusing for 12 minutes. After 20 minutes of diffusing, the kill rate jumped to 99.3%. Another study against the gram negative Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed a kill rate of 99.96% after just 12 minutes of diffusion.

Some single essential oils I diffuse often are;
Any citrus (lemon, orange, grapefruit, tangerine).
Lemon (Citrus limon) Essential Oil
Fragrant Influence: It promotes clarity of thought and purpose with a fragrance that is invigorating, enhancing, and warming. University researchers in Japan found that diffusing certain aromas in an office environment dramatically improved mental accuracy and concentration. Diffused lemon resulted in 54 percent fewer errors, jasmine 33 percent fewer errors, and lavender 20 percent fewer errors. When aromas were diffused during test taking, scores increased by as much as 50 percent.
A 1995 Mie University study found that citrus fragrances boosted immunity, induced relaxation, and reduced depression.
Sage (Salvia officinalis) Essential Oil
Fragrant Influence: Mentally stimulating and helps combat despair and mental fatigue. Sage strengthens the vital centers of the body, balancing the pelvic chakra where negative emotions from denial and abuse are stored.
Pine (Pinus sylvestris) Essential Oil
Fragrant Influence: Relieves anxiety and revitalizes mind, body, and spirit. It also has an empowering, yet grounding fragrance.
Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica) Essential Oil
is high in sesquiterpenes, which stimulate the limbic part of the brain, the center of emotions and memory. It stimulates the pineal gland, which releases melatonin, thereby improving thoughts, cognition, and memory.
Eucalyptus globulus Essential Oil
Fragrant Influence: It promotes health, well-being, purification, and healing.
Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata) Essential Oil
Fragrant Influence: Balances male-female energies, enhances spiritual attunement, combats low self-esteem, and increase focus of thoughts, filters out negative energy. Restores confidence and peace.
