Hey everyone, I ended up breaking my fast yesterday after only 3 days or so. Boo. I'm going to try again, this time with more focus. Usually it takes me a few tries to really get going on a fast.

So here's to day 1 again. Just gonna live life like normal until I need to rest more. I'm also gonna drink more water and go outside more, I think that helps.
