Barefoot's dewormer and also Humaworm's dewormer gets to all the body or is what we call "systemic". I've heard it takes a lot of the Barefoot's dewormer to kill tapeworms. Can't give you the exact dosage.

I'm not Doc Sutter and don't know what to make of your symptoms in the head. Zymex 2 works in the intestines. You could try Hulda Clark's mop-up program for tapeworms. Click on Clark at the top of the page or google it on CZ.
