Bgone I did colon, liver and kidney flushes as well as fasting and cleanses from about 2003-2008. Also did other therapies in this time as well which became dangerous. Fasting for days one end...you name it...nothing has worked.

Was veg/vegan/then raw for last 3-4 years as well. I went off track with diet in '09 due to moving. Nothing helped.

I am not taking Glutamine right now but I am taking Glycine(used like Glutamine is) which is in an immune mixture. So far the results are great. I will update you next week while I am out at work how the responses are. The supplements I am taking are too long to list. I take a multivitamin and the immune drink. The stand out ingredients that I have never taken before or never in such a daily dosage are below:

Between drink mix and reg vitamin:
Vit A 4,750 IU*
Vit C 1,060 IU*
Iodine 150mcg (100% RDA)
Zinc 26mg (almost 2 x the RDA)
Manganese (almost 2 x the RDA)
Selenium 72mcg
Alpha Lipoic Acid 1 mg
Glycine (amino acid)
Cysteine (amino)
Aspartic acid (amino)
