Hi Jesus,

Thank you for welcoming me. I hope we will support each other through the Water Fast journey. I feel in my bones that you are a very strong individual.

I am sorry for your discomfort yesterday. I hope today you feel O.K. I prefer enema to clear my digestive system; I know, though, that neither method is encouraged by Dr.Shelton.

Today is my first day. I am O.K. I do not expect anything unusual until I reach 2-3 weeks; Then the dreaded weakness will probably reign and I will need some support.
