Should have a fairly good balance between the two. Some foods provide more nutritional value of *some* nutrients when raw, and other nutrients when cooked.

In addition, some foods ONLY provide appreciable amounts of fat soluble nutrition when eaten with fats. For many people, animal\fish\fowl fats are much better than plant based fats for absorption purposes as I eluded to in my posts.

Of course, all sources must be of the highest quality... which means unpolluted, pastured, free range animals, and wild caught.

Bone broths, which may be simmered for days, are also an example of a great healing food.

My experience with many vegetarians is that they eventually develop very bad teeth... I have observed this at a raw food festival in Sedona last year, in addition to those I know personally. Unless these people have had braces, and\or teeth whitening processes, their teeth were for the most part, discolored and crooked.
