You two are such an Inspiration!!!
I never in my life thought that the idea of spending a weekend smooshing cabbage into kraut, in preparation for the coming winter would be soooo romantic... but alas IT IS;-)

LOL, I love it!

p.s. What method do you use for that amount of kraut? Large plastic containers for wine making I imagine?
