I think I will see how things go today. IF I do not have a migraine then I might go ahead with the Liver Flush. If I get another one than I plan to wait. Can I do it all by itself if I don't do it today or do I need to do another 5 day flush?

I appreciate all your thoughts. Right now I do not want to go back on 100% juices. I just don't think I can do it again right now. I need a little break from all juice. Perhaps in a week or so I can try again. I will try to drink as much juice as I can and eat as much raw as I can.

I forgot to take the IF#2 one night and my stools were less runny so I think that is causing it. They have not been runny at any other time.

In regards to my other post, did you think there was anything that I needed to change as far as what I am taking? I am going to lay off the charcoal for a bit because it is affecting the meds when I have to take them. It is hard to get rid of the migraine & I am taking double the usual dose.
Let me know if there is anything else I should do/change/add

You said I should read the SYL manual on the colon. Can you email it to me or link me to it?
