i did the blessed herbs cleanse twice, both for 2 days. it did the trick for me; i had a very positive experience. http://www.blessedherbs.com just like you i was aware that i needed to do some sort of a Bowel Cleanse before starting to flush. it didn't seem right to clear the liver out into a toxic colon.

i do colonics with every liver cleanse and nothing else.
