Julia at http://www.sensiblehealth.com doesn't even recommend using any Epsom Salts for the flush. Neither does Shelley at http://www.askshelley.com. (They've both done flushes themselves.) The Hulda Clark method isn't the only one. I just wanted to know about people's personal experiences with not using magnesium.

Overdosing on magnesium somehow messed up my bowel movements (after I stopped Oxypowder ) and gave me severe menstrual cramps, and I don't want to go through that again.
