Out of nowhere, I started getting severe gas every time I eat, about ten minutes after I eat. It started out with severe constipation which has subsided a little, but I'm not nearly as regular as I used to be, and when I am able to have a movement, it doesn't feel like I'm done. This has been going on for almost a month now.

My eating habits have not changed at all. I wouldn't say I eat the healthiest, but I cook all my own food, have little proccessed food, no fast food. I get in about 2 - 3 days of good exercize in a week (Except this last week haha).

My father had severe diverticulitis when he was about 40 (I'm 36), and I'm scared to death of that, but then again, I lead a MUCH healthier lifestyle than he did.
