I'm new at this forum, but have been posting quite a lot at the Water Fasting forum. I'm not getting any answers there, so I thought I'd try here.
My question is 'what's the best way to clean a colon?'.
I'm favoring Grapefruit Juice and Oxypowder . Any opinions? I'd like to have a clean Colon going into my long Water Fast.....WY
P.S. That reminds me of a story. The student asks 'Oh wise Teacher of Water Fasting. How do you personally water fast?'. The Master replies "Oh, I don't personally water fast, I just teach about it.".
