ICU this is interesting info about how the state of stools can indicate the health of the liver. My stools are very regular, sometimes twice a day and are mostly soft, loose and have a light tan color and are rarely darker brown.

My latest two full blood count test results including liver enzymes both came back apparently normal and I feel no discomfort around the liver either and sometimes my eye whites can be quite clear too.

Milk Thistle extract is a supplement I drink daily throughout the day especially whilst on these meds so maybe this herb has helped with my results.

I've heard that liver enzyme/function tests are not always conclusive and may not show-up a liver disfunction.
