I have been using mag citrate 4 weeks now for some severe joint pain and it has worked so great, as far as digestion for me it has not been a problem but it will give you diarrhea if u take too much. It is not nearly as harsh as the Epsom Salts . You can read more about it and magnesium on the natural calm website.
