I found that I could tolerate pure ES but not the over-the-counter- brands.
Now I use almost a tablespoon of ES and about a teaspoon of peppermint Milk of Magnesia. Telman wrote tha ES works the best because it contains surfur which the other magnesium laxatives lack.
I've used honey after the ES.
Some people use Coka Cola.
ES capsules are available online.
