I dissolve the Epsom Salts in grapefruit juice. Grapefruit juice often has a bitter undertone reminiscent of the loudly helling flavor of the Epsom Salts , so they mix well. I then add either maple syrup or Stevia drops to it so the grapefruit juice won't taste terribly bitter. This mix doesn't seem to affect the effectiveness of the Epsom dalts.
