I just want to add, that one flush a year with no results, means that you may have a congested liver, liver/gallbladder stress, it could mean many things. I have issues with my liver and gallbladder and success is small and slow. I would suggest you do a Liver Flush once a month. Take some measures before hand to help things moving along (apple juice, malic acid, chinese bitters, GCG, etc.). It's slow, but progress is being made even if we don't 'see' it.
