thanks for the suggestion Aijian, i will try the DMSA and kelp first then and see what happens.
I think i have yeast issues, as Sugar really gives me trouble. The worst are the spacey head feeling, poor concentration and sometimes i can't seem to make sense of anything... not to mention being so depressed and bloated all the time i look pregnant by mid afternoon! i have tried sooo many things and always relapse or just make zero progress, so i suspect there must be something else.
