As far as "liver supporting" herbs and such, I have found that Triphala gives me the most basic of evidence of removing fat from my fatty liver.

What's the evidence? My bowel movements float and seem very fatty and greasy when taking Triphala... and require TONS more "paperwork".

Do a Google search on Triphala and see what you find; I think you'll be encouraged to give it a try.
