Thank you for your help! I am sorry for saying thanks so late. - I have moved and am still experiencing problems with my internet connection.

I have one more question, before I can decide, whether still to use my IF#2 or not:

Since my IF#2 is well over 1 year old and I left it in the plastic bags it came in, I am wondering what could happen in the worst case, if I decide to take it: Will it be just less effective or could it actually have a negative impact on my body? -If it's just less effective, I will most likely take it. But if it might have a negative effect, I will certainly not take it.
