You should really talk to someone about your problems. Don't keep your emotions bottled up and let them explode like that.

Basically your emotions overstimulated your stomach to secrete too much acid... when there was no food in your gut. Then the stomach produces mucus to protect itself and neutralize the acid. The mucus tends to feed yeasts and stuff.

So no unless you had a H.Pylori infection I don't think it's beneficial.
