Well, then you're talking about rape. Thats not the case here it seems.
Even if the male is the more physically aggressive one and forcefully 'finishes' the act, then it was obviously a mutual decision to 'begin' the act.
Should either one be able to make the decision to 'stop', or 'just say no' at that point? Absolutely.
Can the woman make that decision based on how she all of a sudden feels about producing a fetus? Absolutely.
But again, I think if the male pursues it physically, we're looking at rape. But again, I dont think in most cases thats the issue.
All I'm saying is it was a mutual (perhaps irresponsible)decision as two adults to have sex.
Maybe anything that happens beyond that point should also be a mutual decision.
