First, the OP isnt ON the McComb's plan, just following the food list. The OP doesn't use his supplements nor follow all the guidelines. It is a specific PLAN.

Second, Jeff McCombs criticizes the fact that too many people follow the Crook "yeast connection" book still. His approach is quite different.

Do proper research before putting out ideas that may discourage people.

Who have you spoken with that ALL fruit and NO Fat, ask Graham suggests cured themselves of candida? I did this for months with lots of expensive organic fruits, and I got really skinny and nothing else.
